bit of malt and a nice finish. A cracking beer that'll suit almost all bitter
drinkers out there. |

Mayflower

Our spring/summer
special 'Mayflower' is a refreshing golden ale with an aroma akin to freshly cut
hedgerows. Brewed using Boadicea hops with the addition of local wild flowers
(Mayflower and elderflower.) Winner of the Beer Of The Festival award at the
2009 Dengie CAMRA Beer Festival. |

Maris Otter pale malt this is a lighter beer. Golden in colour with a fresh hop
flavour. Bittering hops are English Challenger with the flavour and aroma hops
being a blend of brewing hops grown at our original brewery site in Mayland.
These hops have been especially grown over the last 4 years for this one brew.
The hops are picked fresh and added late in the boil to give a real fresh hop
finish. |

red traditional ale with New Zealand hops and a
blend of English Malts to make a refreshingly
naughty beer. |

with English hops this is a brew for all those poor
